Language

English is the working language of the Congress and will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Trade Exhibition

A trade exhibition will be organized in conjunction with the Congress and the latest pharmaceuticals, instrumentation and equipment for clinical management and research, among others, will be featured.

Official Letter of Invitation

Official letters of invitation, which are intended to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries, will be issued on request to the 12th WPCCID 2010 Secretariat. Such letters do not imply commitment of financial or other support by the organizers.

Liability/Disclaimer

The organizers of 12th WPCCID 2010 shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illnesses, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the symposium. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the symposium mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the organizers reserve the prerogative to make last minute changes should the need arise.
